Q: How long will it take for my pin to finish production?
A: It truly depends on the pin; some pins have more colors and are more complex therefore will take longer than other pins. Usually, SOADA Inc. pins take from 4-8 months to produce but I have seen some take around 8 or 9. If your pin is not finished after 12 months, SOADA Inc. will refund you and cancel your order upon your request. If an order is canceled, the collecter forfeits the pre-order discounted price.
Q: I received a flawed pin, what do I do?
A: Please email MAGICALLYHORRIFIC@OUTLOOK.COM with your order number and a picture of the flaw. After reviewing the photos, we will provide next steps.
Q: Why was I charged sales tax?
A: A sales tax will be applied to all California orders. MH, SOADA Inc. is required by the state of California and New Jersey to collect this sales tax. If you have any questions regarding your sales tax, please email MAGICALLYHORRIFIC@OUTLOOK.COM. We understand any concerns!
Q: What is Fantasy Pin/Product?
A: A Fantasy Pin/Product is a fan made item that is inspired by current, past and future pop culture, movies, music and literature. Fantasy Products are NOT to be resold, claimed or re-listed as authentic licensed merchandise. These products are satire/parody pieces made for collectors within its’ Fantasy Pin/Product community. Fantasy Pins cannot be traded or resold at any Disney parks. We DO NOT claim any item in this store as an authentic/licensed item pertaining to the fantasy design's origin of inspiration. These are made for the fans and are made to bring happiness to our world.
Q: Are these products officially licensed?
A: No. Everything you see in my shop is fan art and is a parody. These are made for fans like you and me. SOADA does not claim any merchandise as official licensed product and never will claim them to be.
Q: Are you the artist?
A: No, Simon Povey is the main artist for SOADA Inc.
Q: My pin layers separated, what do I do?
A: Just re attach with super glue and it will be back to normal! We suggest using Gorilla Glue brand.
Q: Are your stickers waterproof?
A: Yes SOADA stickers are waterproof.
Q: My pin is lost in the mail. What do I do?
A: Please contact your local USPS post office and supply your tracking number that was sent to the email on the order. This tracking number was sent when the item shipped. If you cannot find your tracking number, please email MAGICALLYHORRIFIC@OUTLOOK.COM. While SOADA Inc. will also follow up with the post office, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen mail.
Q: I am missing an item from my order. What do I do?
A: Sorry about that! Please email MAGICALLYHORRIFIC@OUTLOOK.COM with your order number and the item missing.
