Pin PreOrder Policy:
PreOrders for pins can take anywhere from 4-8 months (sometimes 12 if there are unforeseen delays) to finish. During the pin making progress, I approve and reject colors/effects all the time which does cause extra wait time. If you do not feel comfortable waiting, there is always a small amount of extra pins available once all preorders have shipped. Please do not combine a preorder with a ready to ship item. You can keep track of your pin production by following @magicallyhorrific on Instagram. If you do NOT have access to Social Media you may always inquire via email: MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com for updates on production.
You have 24 hours from the preorder purchase date/time to cancel your preorder. If an order is canceled, the collector forfeits the pre-order discounted price. To cancel a preorder, please email MagicallyHorrific@outlook.com with your order number. If it has been passed 24 hours, your preorder has solidified.

Bags are limited to TWO OF THE SAME DESIGN PER HOUSEHOLD. Orders that have more than 2 of the same design being sent to the SAME household will be canceled and refunded. Continued abuse of this policy will result in be blocked from shopping with us.
